ACADEMIC TOUR BY KALOLENI SECONDARY SCHOOL

Machakos University was pleased to host fifty (50) form one (1) students, accompanied by three (3) teachers from Kaloleni Secondary School on 02/09/2022. The visitors were received by the Head of Career Service, Mrs. Ruth Munene, one Marketing representative, and two student representatives who organized for the motivational talk, university tour and career guidance on excelling in academics.

The main objective of the tour was to learn about the university’s facilities, student life, culture and academic programmes offered by the institution.

The visitors were given an orientation on various schools and details on the courses offered at Machakos University. The visitors were then taken for an educational tour to the library and laboratories in the School of Pure and Applied Sciences, Engineering and Technology, Department of Tourism and Hospitality Management and Department of Fashion Design and Marketing.
