TENDER FOR SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF BRAND NEW MOTOR VEHICLE

Machakos University invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified candidates for the Supply and Delivery of Motor Vehicle.

Interested eligible candidates may obtain further information from and inspect the tender documents at the Procurement Office, Main campus during normal working hours.

Tender Documents with detailed specifications and conditions are obtainable from either the Machakos University website www.mksu.ac.ke) or www.tenders.go.ke under tender portals free of charge. Alternatively, a complete set of the document may be purchased upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Ksh. 1000/- at the Finance’s cash office.

Bidders who download the tender documents from the websites free of charge are required to immediately email their names and contact details to po@box5317.temp.domains for record purposes and any subsequent communication and or addendum. Bidders are advised to regularly visit the above MksU website to obtain any additional information or addendum on the tender.

Completed tender document plus one copy should be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes marked with tender reference number and be deposited in the Tender Box situated at administration block reception area of Machakos University or be addressed and mailed to:

so as to be received on or before Thursday 11th March 2021 at 10.00 a.m. Bulky tenders shall be received at Procurement Department.

Prices quoted should be inclusive of all taxes and delivery and must be quoted in Kenya Shillings and shall remain valid for one year from the closing date of signing the contract.  

The tender validity period shall be 120 days from the closing date of the tender opening.
