COLLECTION OF INSURANCE LETTERS & REQUIREMENTS FOR CLAIM COMPENSATION

This is to notify all students that insurance for 2022/2023 has been processed and their letters are ready for collection from the Dean of Students (DOS) Office during working hours.
You are also hereby notified that the following documents are necessary for making claims for reimbursement from the insurance in case of injury or death.
The students with pending claims are advised to file/lodge their documents with the DOS within two weeks from the date of this notice.

| Death | Family/next of kin to avail- death certificate, burial permit and medical report and picture of the burial scene/site. Copy of National ID card/ Student ID |
