SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF COMPUTERS AND OTHER ACCESSORIES
The MACHAKOS UNIVERSITY invites sealed tenders from eligible candidates for provision of various products and services as mentioned in the Specific Tender Document.
Interested eligible candidates may obtain further information and inspect the tender documents in the Procurement Office at MACHAKOS UNIVERSTY (MksU) during normal office working hours.
A complete set of tender documents may be obtained by interested candidates upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Ksh.1,000.00 in cash or bankers cheque payable to MACHAKOS UNIVERSITY and paid in MU Finance Office or downloaded for free from the University website (www.mksu.ac.ke) and www.supplier.treasury.go.ke.
Prices quoted should be net inclusive of all taxes, and delivery costs, must be in Kenya Shillings and shall remain valid for 90 days from the closing date of the tender.
Completed tender documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes, marked by the Tender No. MksU/RT/03/2018/2019… and be deposited in the Tender Box at the Administration block at Reception or be addressed to;

So as to be received on or before FRIDAY 15/03/2019 AT 10.00AM.
Tenders will be opened publicly in the Conference Room 1 immediately after the above stated closing date and time in the presence of the candidates or their representatives who choose to attend. Late bids will be returned unopened.
