Huawei ICT Competition 2025-2026 Roadshow

Machakos University will host the Huawei ICT Competition Roadshow at the Luban Workshop on Thursday, 11th September 2025. The event is part of Huawei Kenya’s broader initiative to recruit Kenyan students for the 2025-2026 edition of the global Huawei ICT competition.
The Huawei ICT Competition is an annual global event designed for students and teachers from colleges and universities. It offers an international platform for competition and exchange, enabling participants to strengthen their ICT knowledge, improve practical skills, and foster innovation using the latest technologies and platforms.
The roadshow, which is part of a nationwide registration initiative, aims to attract the brightest students from Kenyan universities and technical colleges to participate in the 2025-2026 edition of the global competition, which provides a platform for showcasing technology prowess and innovative solutions.
Contestants in the competition get the opportunity to network with ICT professionals, and also stand a chance to represent Kenya in the international finals, and land internships or jobs with Huawei and other top tech firms. Additionally, winners at the national stage get attractive rewards like gadgets and certificates.
