MACHAKOS UNIVERSITY 6TH INNOVATION AND EXHIBITION WEEK

Machakos University Innovation and Exhibition Week is an annual event celebrating local and national innovations while enhancing innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem.

The objective of the event is to contribute towards a vibrant, productive and sustainable innovation through, showcasing innovation, networking, capacity building, connecting start-ups and innovators to the industry.

The theme this year is “Innovation for Environmental Sustainability.”

Target area and beneficiaries

The event is meant for a wide range of stakeholders including Machakos University staff, university and college students and targeted high schools.

Expected outcomes of the event

1. Strengthened Industry-University linkages
2. Mainstream innovation and entrepreneurship mindset in Higher Institutions of learning in Kenya
3. Build and strengthen innovation networks locally and nationally.
