REQUIREMENTS TO SIT FOR END OF JAN-APRIL 2025, SEMESTER EXAMINATIONS

The above subject matter refers.

The examinations for Non-Engineering programmes will commence on 16th April, 2025 and 5^th May, 2025 for Engineering programmes. All students are expected to be fully prepared for the examination by ensuring the following:

• Downloading of Examination Cards: Students should have downloaded their examination cards in readiness for the upcoming exams.
• Clearance of Outstanding Fees: It is mandatory for students to have cleared any outstanding fee balances. Students with unsettled fees will NOT be allowed to write the end of semester exams.
• Registration of Units: Students must ensure they are registered for all required units for the semester.
• Special Requirement for First and Second Year Students: Students in 1^st and 2^nd years are required to have cleared the “household fee component” before they are permitted to write their exams.
• Post- Graduate Students: All the Post-graduate students are required to have reported in the system, paid fees and registered for the units prior to writing of any exams.

Ensure all requirements are met to avoid any disruptions during the examination period.
