TENDER INVITATION NOTICE
MACHAKOS UNIVERSITY invites sealed tenders from eligible candidates for THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF DRY FOOD STUFF.
Interested eligible candidates may obtain further information from and inspect the tender documents at the Procurement Office, Main Campus. A complete set of tender documents may be downloaded from www.mksu.ac.ke free of charge. Bidders who download the tender document shall notify the Procurement Ofﬁce immediately for record purposes by email: firstname.lastname@example.org
Prices quoted should be net inclusive of all taxes, and delivery costs, must be in Kenya Shillings and shall remain valid for 120 days from the closing date of the tender.
Completed tender documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes marked with tender reference number and name be deposited in the Tender Box at Machakos University Administration Block or be addressed to:

So as to be received on or Before : 14TH NOVEMBER, 2019 at 10.00 am.
Tenders will be opened publicly in Room 11 immediately after the above stated closing date and time in the presence of the candidates or their representatives who choose to attend. Late bids will be returned unopened.
